Delivery

When will I get my order?
At Blushworthy Blossom, each item is crafted with love and care, which means it takes a little time to get everything just right. Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but you can expect:

• USA: 3–4 business days
• Europe: 6–8 business days
• Australia: 2–14 business days
• Japan: 4–8 business days
• International: 10–20 business days

Where will my order ship from?
We work with a print-on-demand fulfillment company that has facilities around the world. Your order will ship from the location best suited to reach you quickly and efficiently!

Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee may occur on international orders. This fee is not within our control and is determined by your local customs office. Since customs policies vary widely by country, we recommend checking with your local customs office to see if duties and taxes will apply to your purchase.

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
If your order hasn’t arrived yet, please help us out by doing the following:

• Check your shipping confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address.
• Ask your local post office if they’re holding your package.
• Check with your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them.

If the shipping address is correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or with a neighbour, get in touch with us at connect@blushworthyblossom.com with your order number, and we’ll look into it for you.

If you find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but you will be responsible for shipping.

How are your products made?
At Blushworthy Blossom, we collaborate with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can fulfill your order most efficiently, based on your location.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships out, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, feel free to reach out to us at connect@blushworthyblossom.com .

I received a wrong/damaged product. What should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged or incorrect. To resolve this for you quickly, please email us at connect@blushworthyblossom.com within a week of receiving your order. Include photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you have. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Returns & Refunds

What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if something is wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at connect@blushworthyblossom.com . We’re here to help!

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong items or damaged items. If this applies to you, please contact us at connect@blushworthyblossom.com with photos of the wrong or damaged items, and we’ll take care of it for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit best, be sure to check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. In rare cases, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at connect@blushworthyblossom.com within a week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one or issue a refund.
